5. Cancellation and returns

IQmeter results and analysis reports are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Upon successful payment, your full report is displayed on the results page and sent to the email address provided during checkout.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of this digital content and acknowledge that access to the report begins immediately after payment.

If you do not receive your report due to a technical issue on our side, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will either re-deliver the report or, if re-delivery is not possible, issue a refund.

Refunds are not available once the report has been successfully delivered and made accessible to you.

6. Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your test results will be stored securely with your details to help us tailor and improve our services to you. Unfortunately, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed secure.

Therefore, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information that you transmit to us. Your results may also be used with your personal information to help us in our research, which may include presenting the results in several forms of media. All data will be reviewed and described in aggregate and anonymously with all users.

No personally identifiable information will be included in these presentations. For example, results may be presented to indicate that the average IQ score of a 35-year-old is 125.
